    70% Recruitment

    • Recruiting production staff including all positions of Dev, BA, Tester,... and some Back Office positions from Junior level and above
    • Search and screen, evaluate and select candidates suitable for recruitment requirements
    • Support data storage into candidate information system.

    30% other work

    • Support internal communications and Employer Branding.
    • Perform other duties as required by management.

    Candidate requirements

    • Final year students majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management,... and related fields
    • Female preferred, Can start work immediately
    • Can work more than 3.5 days/week
    • Proactive in work, good attitude, good team communication skills are an advantage.
    • Know how to use work support tools (MS Office, email...);
    • Sharp, agile, quick thinking;
    • Extroverted personality, like to communicate with Candidates
    • Career oriented in Recruitment or internal HR
