Job Details
● Support care, interaction and posting on internal communication channels (Facebook Group, Fanepage, ....):
- Reply and interact with users on social media channels' posts;
- Read and understand channel insights/statistics to suggest effective ways to post/interact;
- Write articles on topics on social media channels;
- Design minigames/activities to increase interaction on social media channels;
- Implement ideas to design posters, banners, videos, .... in the form of visual communications through all internal channels.
● Data collection and processing:
- Participate in contributing ideas for internal programs/events
- Search and recommend vendors that meet program/event criteria
- Support logistics before - during - after the program/event
- Co-host a number of special topics according to the media plan
- Synthesize and compile surveys about programs/events
● Other tasks of the Internal Communications department, as required by the Direct Manager:
- Support logistics when the Department organizes programs/events;
- Support other tasks including but not limited to administrative work within the HR department,...;
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
