• Participate in the Company's ERP training programs to gain knowledge about ERP.
• Guide and support customers in using and operating the ERP system.
• Participate in ERP teaching assistant.
• Collect questions & answer questions from customers.
• Write user manuals, ERP process documents...
• Support building and editing modules and features as required.
• Research documents to develop ERP applications according to manager's requirements.
• Participate in developing other IT applications of the Company.
