    Job Description

    Job duties
    Support lawyers and legal experts to perform the following tasks:
    • Carry out legal procedures related to establishment, change, split, merger of businesses, construction investment, intellectual property, travel, study abroad consulting, visa, passport, business household , litigation, civil, criminal, land, marriage and family, administrative, commercial, car title transfer,...
    • Carry out procedures for sub-licenses related to the business such as Food Safety, Fire Prevention, Security and Order.
    • Review, review, and draft contracts for customers.
    • Carry out foreign investment procedures such as establishing branches and foreign representative offices; Visa for foreigners; Work permit for foreigners; Register permanent and temporary residence for foreigners; Registering tax declaration for foreigners…
    • Carry out procedures for applying for Visa and Passport.
    • Real estate legal, land division, change of land use purpose, change of name, red book owner, registration of land use rights, land dispute resolution, real estate inheritance,...
    • Work with state agencies such as: Police/Courts/Judgment enforcement and/or other relevant authorities to take measures to initiate lawsuits, enforce judgments, etc. for customer records assigned.
    • Consulting and answering questions about documents for customers directly at the office.
    • Drafting and implementing documents related to litigation.
    • Make work plans, report work results weekly/monthly/quarterly.
    • Research and advise clients on protected subjects of intellectual property rights in Vietnam such as: trademarks, industrial designs, inventions, copyrights;
    • Prepare application documents for protection of trademarks, inventions, industrial designs, copyrights, etc.
    • Translating technical documents (English - Vietnamese and Vietnamese - English);
    • Research and prepare documents to enforce and protect intellectual property rights.
    • Other jobs related to the Law Office.
    • Carry out legal procedures and other documents related to the legal profession and as assigned by superiors.
