    Job Description

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Focus on finding & interacting with new customers on the Facebook environment (Full time during office hours & part time after hours) such as: Commenting on posts of customers in need, texting advice, quoting prices, getting customer information ( phone number, order request...), reply to messages on Fanpage... to transfer information to Zalo's closing department - aiming to achieve high sales KPIs & continuously search for new customers .
    • Increase interaction for company Fanpage, Facebook groups managed by the company (posts, comments...)

    Other assigned tasks: book shipping and delivery; Assist in organizing the company's operational and human resource plans...

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Final year students, can do a full-time internship (and can officially work full-time after the internship)
    • Discipline, enthusiasm, and high efficiency in completing assigned tasks
    • Be open to constructive feedback and don't make the same mistakes over and over again
    • Diligent, punctual, honest, upright, responsible
    • Open-minded, agile, sensitive, and able to handle problems accurately and effectively
    • Cheerful, sociable, skillful, positive thinking
