Week 1: Learn about the company, processes and products
- Introduce the company, team, regulations, and goals of the internship program.
- Overview of POSH57 software:
+ Main features: Sales, Inventory management, Reporting, Promotions,...
+ Target customers: Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, mini supermarkets,...
- Basic training on retail market and customer behavior.
Training manuals, call scripts, product information sheets.
Week 2: Customer prospecting and consulting training
- Training in skills to find potential customers (via Google, Facebook, Zalo,...).
- Instructions on writing basic text messages/consultations.
- Basic telesale skills training:
+ How to open and create trust.
+ Product introduction.
+ Make a demo appointment.
- Internal test calls, script editing.
- First internship target: 20 potential leads/week.
Week 3-4: Real-world implementation & demo observation
- Start calling real customers from your self-searched or provided list.
- Target assigned: 5070 calls/week, creating 1015 quality leads
- Participate in demos conducted by official staff.
- Report results from each demo session.
- Short meeting every morning to share difficulties and solutions.
Week 5-6: Coordinated Sales & Performance Evaluation
- Advanced consulting process guide: handling objections, clarifying needs.
- Allow interns to call back demoed customers for follow-up support.
- Organize simulations of difficult customer situations.
Week 7-8: Evaluate results
- Summary of results: KPI of lead quantity, appointment quality, attitude, skills.
- Internal interview and evaluation to retain as official employee (if any).
