- Recruitment planning and process.
- Implement recruitment activities, monitor and evaluate recruitment channels.
- Statistics and reports on recruitment process and results.
- Support in drafting proposals, announcements, and decisions of the human resources administrative department.
- Carry out recruitment communications through channels, write recruitment notices, job descriptions,...
- Filter resumes, CVs, sort documents to store in the enterprise Database.
- Contact recruitment agencies to find necessary people for the business (If necessary).
- Build and develop the company's own recruitment channel.
- Follow work progress closely, report results, existing problems in professional work and propose solutions to achieve recruitment goals.
- Other recruitment-related tasks as requested by management.
Job requirements:
- Currently a 2nd or 3rd year student majoring in human resource management, personnel management, business administration, marketing and other related fields.
- Know how to use office information technology Word, Excel and be able to use basic design software: Photoshop, Powerpoint,...
- Sensitive, dynamic, creative, responsible for work.
- Sociable and friendly with colleagues. Have personal laptop.
