    Job Description

    Customer access

    Reach potential customers, find new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers.

    Exploit business information on platforms (fb, tiktok, google, industry groups...)

    Product consulting

    Learn and access the company's specific products and communication strategies, which are television products.

    Consulting and inviting customers to participate in television products

    Identify and analyze customer needs, provide communication and advertising solutions for businesses.

    Manufacturing program

    Carry out procedures and sign contracts with customers (according to established procedures)

    Receive information and update with the production department (Provide business information in a sample form for the crew to come up with script ideas, filming, editing and broadcast schedules)

    Customer care

    Support problem solving

    Customer care after completing the product and broadcasting the program.
