+ JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Search and build relationships with customers: Create and implement plans to search for potential customers, expand and strengthen existing relationships. Understand investment products and the stock market
2. Develop and advise on financial solutions according to customer needs: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions during face-to-face meetings/customer service phone calls. Proactively handle situations that arise during work with customers.
3. Stock market analysis and commentary: Write daily market commentary and reports, proactively update domestic and international market news, build and advise on investment portfolios suitable for clients' finances.
+ REQUIREMENTS: Good communication, diplomacy, negotiation and work organization skills Logical thinking, ability to analyze and handle situations logically and scientifically Business mindset Enthusiastic, agile, eager to learn Investment Consultant: requires a university degree, over 1 year of working experience at financial institutions, banks, securities.
+ Trainee: No experience required, trained from the beginning
+ SALARY AND BONUS
+ Fixed salary: 8-12 million + Commission up to 86%. Average income of an official Investment Consultant is at least 20-30 million+++ Clear career path
