    Job Description


    Answer questions and provide necessary information to customers through channels such as phone, email, online chat, or social networks.

    • Receive and handle requests or complaints from customers, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
    • Manage and update customer information on the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist sales team in tracking orders, checking order status, and providing customers with information about products or services.
    • Instruct customers on how to use products effectively and answer all questions professionally.
    • Record and report customer feedback to help the company improve service and product quality.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments such as engineering, marketing, and finance to ensure all customer requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
    • Create engaging social media content to promote products and attract customers.
    • Coordinate with other departments in the company to implement marketing campaigns. Report sales and business performance to superiors.
    • Second, third, fourth, final year students and students who have graduated from university for many years but have no experience will be guided enthusiastically.
