Job Description

Carry out work requirements and objectives set by the Technical Department, contributing to the department's achievement of technical goals and efficiency.
Learn all the techniques for professional software system analysis using Figma and requirements analysis skills
Consulting and analyzing real business models with real customers
Learn in-depth techniques of analyzing customer requirements, communicating and consulting with customers.
Participate in surveys, agree on requirements with users and stakeholders to get customer requirements (from internal or directly from customers)
Analyze project requirements and propose solutions (requirements specification document)
Coordinate with R&D team to research & propose solutions for new functional requirements according to the company's product development roadmap
Research & propose changes to current software functions as per customer requirements
Control to ensure project progress and quality according to plan
Be innovative, learn more ways to approach problems and be creative in solving them.
Freedom to learn other IT platforms, propose companies freely if needed to fly high with your IT skills.

Job Requirements

Communication, negotiation, presentation, logical thinking, problem solving, decision making and project management skills
Have analytical and modeling skills, write requirement specification documents
Experienced in using common office and design tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
