    Job Description

    Work content:
    • Translator between Japanese and Vietnamese for the general manager
    • Compile emails, documents, documents at the request of the General Director and the Head of Administration.
    • Prepare records, documents, collect information for meetings, conferences ... for the general director.
    • Assist the General Director in internal and external affairs.
    • Acting as a bridge and contact point between the General Director and departments in the company.
    Request:
    • Graduated from University with major in Business Administration, Economics, Linguistics,…
    • At least 1 year of experience in the position of translator, interpreter or secretary, assistant
    • Japanese from N2 and up
    • Office information
    • Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills.
    Right:
    • Japanese cultural environment.

    • Child support allowance under 11 years old
    • The probationary period receives 100% salary.
    • Pay 100% of salary on labor contract
    • Working time from Monday - Thursday)
