Job Description

Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings, record and synthesize meeting content for leaders to serve executive management.
Arrange work schedules with partners and record meeting minutes with partners.
Receive, classify, arrange, and process information, documents, and materials from Departments and synthesize and send to Leadership.
Participate and complete meeting minutes of leaders with the company and departments.
Record minutes of meetings of leaders and departments and companies.
Save reports and meeting schedules that arise during meetings, and update them in the Leader's work schedule. Calendar reminder when due.
Synthesize weekly and monthly work reports and plans of units.
Supports reminders to send reports to unit heads.
Synthesize work reports of unit heads for Leadership.
Assist in preparing documents as requested by Leadership.
Monitor and report work to the General Director and perform other tasks as requested by the General Director.
