    Job Description

    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

    Vị trí này hỗ trợ theo dõi và báo cáo công việc hàng ngày của phòng Kỹ thuật, triển khai dự án, quản lý đào tạo và chứng chỉ, cũng như phối hợp với các phòng ban khác.


    NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

    • Theo dõi và báo cáo công việc hàng ngày của nhân sự phòng Kỹ thuật.
    • Hỗ trợ Trưởng/Phó phòng trong việc triển khai, thực hiện, quyết toán và lưu trữ hồ sơ dự án.
    • Lập kế hoạch đào tạo và gia hạn chứng chỉ cho nhân sự phòng Kỹ thuật, đồng thời lưu trữ hồ sơ liên quan.
    • Theo dõi, lập kế hoạch và chuẩn bị hồ sơ để cấp lại các loại chứng chỉ đăng kiểm hết hạn.
    • Phối hợp với các phòng ban/bộ phận khác để giải quyết các chế độ cho nhân viên.

    YÊU CẦU:

    • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên.
    • Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
    • Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.
    • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực hàng hải.
    • Cẩn thận, trung thực và có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
