JOB DETAILS:
This position supports the Human Resources department throughout the entire recruitment process and human resources administration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Human Resources department throughout the entire recruitment process: posting job advertisements, receiving applications, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare documents and forms; manage and store personnel records in accordance with regulations.
- Assist and guide candidates on the interview day, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Monitor attendance, update information, and track personnel changes on a monthly basis.
- Perform administrative and human resources tasks as assigned by management.
REQUEST:
- Female, aged 23-35, attractive appearance is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and flexible problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in office software, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Over 1 year of experience in administrative and human resources roles (experience in recruiting real estate sales staff is preferred)
