- Team management and development: training and mentoring service staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor and evaluate the work performance of each individual.
- Monitor, handle, and report any incidents that occur during equipment warranty and repair.
- Working with customers when they encounter issues with defective goods.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage the operations of the Service Center, ensuring that the Service Center operates in accordance with the contract and effectively. Evaluate the operational status of the Service Center and report truthfully to superiors.
- Organize or coordinate with other departments to conduct internal training or after-sales events for customers to improve the quality and efficiency of work.
- Directly visit and support the Service Center in warranty and repair issues, ensuring timely response within the specified timeframe.
- Develop plans for visits, events, etc., for service centers in the region; monitor the effectiveness of service center visits by subordinates; evaluate the performance of service centers and staff.
- Manage order files for spare parts and accessories related to warranty.
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
- Supervise and manage the work of subordinates to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
