    Job Description

    • Translate documents and purchase orders (PO) from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
    • Direct interpretation at production sites, internal meetings, working with partners.
    • Receive orders from email, accurately translate content, coordinate with related departments to deploy production.
    • Support the Director in management, reporting and scheduling.
    • Other jobs will be discussed further in the interview.
    • More specific work will be discussed during the interview.
    • No experience will be trained until proficient.

    Job Requirements

    • Japanese level N2 or higher, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Have good communication skills, flexible situation handling, good teamwork ability.
    • Ability to organize and manage work effectively, withstand work pressure.
    • Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of interpretation, executive assistant, or working in a manufacturing environment.
    • No experience will be trained until proficient.
