WORK CONTENT
- Communicate and meet directly with customers.
- Receive design tasks from the design laboratory and make plans appropriate to the job.
- Closely follow the design project from the stage of developing the topic to coming up with design ideas.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure construction documents match the concept.
- Check the reasonableness of the design, propose appropriate design solutions for each project.
- To export tasks related to the design of the project in charge.
- Coordinate with other departments (structure, M&E, landscape, interior) to carry out work effectively.
- Regulate and coordinate with the quotation department to finalize construction.
- Responsible to the design laboratory for the effectiveness of the project.
REQUEST
- Proficient in Autocad, 3D Max, Sketchup, knowing Photoshop, knowing Revit is an advantage.
- Able to render well with 3Dmax or Sketchup rendering software such as: Vray, Corona, ... (Send portfolio for actual reference images).
- Work management - proficient in design regulations and standards, good professional skills, ability to work independently, flexibly and effectively.
- Graduated from university majoring in architecture, interior design or related fields.

- Salary: 10 - 20 million (negotiable upon interview)
