Job Description

I. Work of Interior Designers

Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
Plan concept through analysis of customer needs.
Estimate project costs based on budget levels.
Prepare drafts and present ideas.
Research and decide on the source of materials and furniture.
Monitor work progress.
Work with stakeholders, including designers, interior designers, architects and civil engineers.
Research and comply with industry changes and regulations.

II. Job requirements Interior designer

Experience working in interior design (consultation, renovation, space planning and new construction).
Knowledge of space layout, color selection, lighting, materials, furniture customization and installation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software.
Creative ability, rich imagination, good taste.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Project management skills.
Graduated from university or college with major in design or related field.
