Prepare calculation tables, design drawings, and develop structural documents (priority given to those with experience in wood).
Participate in reporting, technical instructions, and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with the team to design plans and complete work on schedule.
Monitor and edit drawings as required.
Graduated from related Construction/Engineering major.
At least 2 years experience in wooden house design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Etabs, Safe, Excel (knowing Revit is an advantage).
Good teamwork and drawing management skills.
Salary: 7-10 million/month + holiday bonus.
Annual salary increase or performance based.
