■Job description
- Participate in the planning and coordination of administrative procedures and systems and standardization of processes.
- Participating in setting up and closely managing annual budgets, with monthly performance reports.
- Support to manage and supervise the implementation of the Company's Rules and regulations.
- Contact relevant agencies in carrying out administrative activities of the company such as: Investment registration certificate, business registration license, environmental license...
- Management of Safety-Health-Environment activities (HSE)
- Planning and organizing company meetings and events.
- Support recruitment - Training staff.
- Translating and interpreting Japanese - Vietnamese.
Requirement
- Male/Female: From 34 ~ 40 years old
- Graduated from university
- From 03~05 years of experience in the same position
- Japanese N2 and above
■Working time: Mon - Sat: 08:30~16:30 (Saturday rests every other week)
