Study project documents with project team leader and project members.
Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements to understand the project's goals, provide input as a basis for testing, and anticipate the required testing activities.
Develop test plan, and report summarizing test results.
Build test scenarios and prioritize test activities.
Support in planning, building and controlling test environments.
Allocate work in test team, review test cases and test quality of testers.
Deploy test scenarios, test performance and report on errors, define the priority of each defect.
Ensure testing is performed in compliance with testing standards and procedures.
Participate in meetings with partners to ensure that partners can deliver products in the most effective way.
Prepare reports related to software testing.
Train and guide Junior Testers.
