Job Description

Job description :
- Call potential or current customers to advise on the company's products and services (Health Insurance)
- Answer customer questions about products and company.
- Identify customer needs and advise appropriate solutions.
- Closing orders and completing sales procedures.
- Receive and process orders according to reasonable procedures.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Coordinate sales with telesales members in the team and other departments.
- Handling complaints from customers.
- Record calls and note useful information to monitor and improve work efficiency

Recruitment requirements:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a telesales position, call center consultant, sales... Priority is given to candidates knowledgeable about insurance and health care.
- Proficient in office information technology skills.
- Good sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Have an easy-to-listen voice and present information clearly and easily understood.
- Listening, speaking, and writing fluently in English is an advantage.
- Graduation in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing... is an advantage.
