- Prepare and send quotes to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers. Update information for superiors
- Expanding markets, developing new customer systems at the request of the Company.
- Developing customer-oriented outsourcing projects
- Making product plans, making quotations, drafting contracts, ..
- Receive and handle customer complaints
At least 1 year of technical writing experience in the IT field.
- Good understanding of programming languages
- Able to work independently as well as in team collaboration.
- English communication skills.
