Platform Development Strategy: Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for the continuous enhancement and evolution of proprietary trading platforms, aligning with the company's business goals and market demands.
Feature Prioritization
Technical Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders including traders, developers, and analysts to gather and define detailed technical requirements for platform enhancements and new features.
Platform Integration
Performance Optimization
Risk Management
Security Enhancement: Work closely with cybersecurity experts to enhance the security posture of proprietary trading platforms, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and threats.
User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for traders, optimizing the user experience and enhancing platform usability.
Quality Assurance (QA)
Release Management
Training and Documentation
Vendor Management
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and compliance requirements relevant to proprietary trading platforms, ensuring compliance to applicable laws and regulations.
Performance Monitoring
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the proprietary trading platform landscape, informing product development decisions.
Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze trading data and derive actionable insights, guiding product enhancements and decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and iterate on proprietary trading platforms based on user feedback, performance metrics, and market dynamics, driving ongoing improvement and innovation.

Job requirements

English Proficiency: Solid written and spoken English skills are paramount.
Customer Interaction: Ability to work with English-speaking customers from Australia and Eastern Europe.
Experience in Forex trading, popular market applications and tools.
Real-time Trading Platforms: Experience in supporting real-time trading platforms, customer support and interaction.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
[Preferred] RUST commercial/business programming experience.
