Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs. Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs
Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies.
Define, and review technical solutions (.JavaEE, Hibernate/JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces, Postgresql database)
Present and discuss with managers about technical solutions.
Communicate directly with 3rd vendor supporter.
Support the team to handle production technical issues: debug, performance, workload, security
Explore, research, propose, and implement new technology.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3-5 years of experience and proven as Chief Dev or leadership role, preferably within an IT company, especially the ERP product.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
Integrity and Passion for code quality and improvement, passion for sharing knowledge to build a quality Developer team.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage the security risk.
