Job description
Manage and lead the Website development team:
- Assign tasks, supervise and support team members (Developers, Designers, QA/QC).
- Ensure the team follows the correct software development process and completes work on schedule.
- Training and skill development for team members.
Website Development and Implementation:
- Design, develop and optimize website systems according to business requirements.
- Build website architecture, choose appropriate technology and framework.
- Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading and user-friendliness.
Coordinate with other departments:
- Work closely with Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, and other teams to understand product and customer requirements.
- Participate in regular meetings with management and stakeholders to report progress and update project status.
System quality monitoring and maintenance:
- Ensure code is high quality, secure, and maintainable.
- Check and debug in time.
- Plan to upgrade and maintain the website system periodically
New technology update:
- Research and apply new technologies and tools to improve development quality and efficiency.
- Propose improvements to website development and deployment processes.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors.
Your skills and experience
- College/university graduate majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in website development.
- At least 1 year of experience as Team Lead or team manager (Preferably in the jewelry industry)
- Proficient in web programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one modern framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of back-end (Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET) is a plus.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and motivate.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Logical thinking and quick problem solving.
