    Job Description

    • Collect information from the market, agents, customers, build plans to approach potential customers
    • Building tours, service packages to attract customers, perfecting and developing sales strategies for businesses.
    • Planning and implementing consulting and sales activities
    • Direct and coordinate sales consulting activities for customer groups, solving problems, questions, complaints from customers related to products or services.
    • Implement activities to provide sales solutions and increase revenue sources from tourism products for partners
    • Develop products, in line with market trends or events of the year
    • Evaluate work quality, assign work to subordinates, manage work performance of department members
    • Directly implementing training activities with new employees
    • Analyze business results from which to develop plans to improve performance
    • Periodically report directly to the head of the department
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
