Job Description
Develop mobile applications on Android platform based on orders from Project Owner, Marketing.
Responsible for managing an Android dev team of 3-5 members
Manage the progress of projects that the team is in charge of
Participate in analyzing, designing architecture, and business flow of mobile applications based on orders from Project Owner and Marketing.
Participate in research and development of concepts, POC modules, and demonstrate feasibility for specific technology problems.
Participate in reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, upgrading and optimizing source code created by junior/fresher members.
Coordinate with relevant teams to operate the project according to the process.
Research, develop ideas, solutions to improve, innovate processes, and enhance work efficiency.
Be free to research new technologies, propose ideas to contribute to the project.
Participate in guiding and training new members.
Candidate requirements
3 years or more of Android programming experience (Java Android, Kotlin).
Have led a team of 2 or more members
Understand basic Android technology stack (Activity/Service/View System, Resource, Storage, Thread Handling, Jetpack, Firebase, Dagger).
Understand software architecture (understand one of the MVP, MVVM architectures).
Understanding Design Pattern, SOLID.
Ability to research new technologies.
Ability to build base project.
Knowledge of Web and Cloud technology is a plus.
Ability to self-study and read specialized English documents.
Passionate, proactive at work, able to work in a team and independently.
Passionate about product development.
Experience as a lead and training member is a big advantage.
