Job Description
Assisting teaching in class Taking classes as assigned
Having substitution as assigned
Support classroom management Supporting teachers and assisting students in class/during the course
Assigning and tracking homework
Course Administration
Preparing and distributing course books, materials and merchandise
Updating students and Admin with course progress information
Reporting class progress and checking students' attendance on a daily basis
Helping with school events, trips, and activities
Reporting any incidents or problems to superiors
Parent and student support
Preparing reminder for students
Work closely with teachers to give extra help to children with special needs
Supporting students upon request
Parental calling (absent students, Frequent contact for students' studying progess)
Supporting events (Extra-curricular, Parental annual meeting & EOC activities)
Supporting in handling requests and complaints
Delivering letters
Requirements
University Degree (current university students from the 2nd year or above are also acceptable)
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work under high pressure.
Keeping updated on Test Prep (Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, PET and IELTS) formats which are equivalent to classes in charge
Being familiar with MS Office (Power Point, Word, Gmail...)
Being careful, honest, enthusiastic, optimistic, passion for education, hard-working.
