Job Description

Work with foreign partners (suppliers, factories, brand owners, etc.) to collect necessary documents to complete licenses and circulation procedures for new products that will be imported and distributed by the company in Vietnam.
Work with legal consultants to monitor progress and expedite completion of license and announcement application files. Support the operations team to monitor inventory status, thereby proposing timely and sufficient import orders.
Contact foreign partners to confirm the order after BOD approves the import order. Work with related partners (suppliers, shipping lines, customs, operation managers, etc.) to monitor and ensure that orders from partner warehouses to the company's warehouse are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Support documents, schedules and bookings for business trips or working events of BOD, team members, or partners coming to work at the company.
Play the role of connecting BOD with departments in important projects/tasks assigned by BOD, ensuring the progress and quality of work of related members.
Other assistant duties assigned by BOD

Skillful in work communication to connect related departments
Good English, knowing Thai is an advantage
College/University graduate
