Job Overview
We're seeking a Salesforce Team Leader to work closely with our customer and development team to drive the overall adoption, optimization, and ongoing iteration of the Salesforce platform.
As a Salesforce Team Leader, you will utilize Salesforce expertise, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking to support, advise, design, build, deliver and maintain our customer's Salesforce CRM application end-to-end.
This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, application design and implementation alongside testing and deployment.
Job Description
- Analysis, design, code, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable improvements in key areas of the business
- Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience
- Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with team members to understand user requirements, conduct business analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
- Identify technical issues and present solutions to resolve them
- Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform
- Work closely with project team to monitor/control tasks of team members
- Conduct daily team meetings
- Discover training needs and perform training activities for new members.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with technical implementations in Salesforce platform
- Have a strong background in CRM
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Apex programming and VisualForce page
- SF certified engineer for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,...
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a team leader.
- English communication skills

- Have LWC experience
- Have the following Salesforce certificates is a big plus:
+ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
+ Salesforce Certified Administrator
+ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
