● Deploy, operate, and manage cloud systems, hosting, Saas services, and the company's IT infrastructure.
● Manage and backup the system periodically, ensuring the system always operates stably, securely and effectively.
● Check and plan maintenance and error handling of Server, Network, Storage systems.
● Deploy cloud solution projects for customers.
● Develop and maintain IT processes and standards to optimize system performance.
● Other tasks as required by direct manager.
● Have at least 3-5 years of experience working in system administration , including at least 1-2 years in a management or team leadership position.
● Manage, guide and train a team of system engineers. Assign, monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
● Participate in the design, implementation and upgrading of technology solutions, system and network infrastructure. Support the integration of new technology into existing systems.
● Assess and forecast resource needs to plan appropriate system upgrades.
● Experienced in deploying virtualization systems VMware, Proxmox, KVM.
● Experience in deploying and managing monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana Prometheus, Veeam One Monitor ...)
● Experienced in deploying CMP systems such as WHMCS, Opennebula, Virtualizor...
● Experience in deploying HPE/DELL Server infrastructure, SAN storage and Backup systems.
● Ability to use script code such as bash shell, python.
● Ability to withstand work pressure, have the spirit of learning and sharing, and the ability to collaborate and work in a team.
● Use and understand technical documents in English well.
● Priority is given to candidates with certificates: MSCA, MCSE, VCP, LPI.
● Enthusiastic at work and proactive in exchanging and learning.
● Willing to learn new technologies through training and self-study.
