    Job Description

    • Participation in sourcing and supplier selection
    • Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and ensure fulfillment of it.
    • Visit, evaluate and audit existing and new suppliers.
    • Handling quality complaints from suppliers – containment action, 8D and claims
    • Manage escalations for suppliers for under performances
    • New projects and localization – considerations, risk assessment and part development
    • Drive supplier performance improvement programs
    • Reporting of supplier quality activities & status

    Job Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in supplier development for quality and technology for mechanical engineering process mainly for maching of componance.
    • Technical understanding (read engineering drawing)
    • Quality awareness (know about ISO/TS 16949/14000/
    • Knowledge in QC tools, 5 core tools
    • Knowledge in project management.
    • Good English in speaking and writing
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal, suvervising, and influencing skills internally and externally
