1. Job description
Manage and coordinate daily operations of the outlet:
Receive, arrange and manage customer bookings across all channels. Maintain constant communication and exchange with the Sales team to receive and arrange bookings in a timely manner.
Arrange and coordinate the work of the entire assigned management team during the shift.
Group representatives discuss and handle arising issues with other relevant members and groups.
Supervise the preparation, presentation and storage of food to ensure product quality meets agreed standards and complies with health and food safety regulations.
Control the service and customer experience at the outlet, the hygiene of the store as well as all issues related to sound, light, scent and air at the outlet.
Regularly inspect Outlet areas to determine whether sanitation standards are being maintained.
Perform daily customer relations tasks at the outlet, collect customer feedback and resolve customer concerns.
Resolve urgent matters arising at the outlet such as:
Handle customer complaints about the outlet experience (Food, music, scent, harassment)
Handling sudden situations that arise: Arguments between members of the bar, between customers, fights, theft, breakages, and other pop-up issues that arise during the shift.
Consult with police and local authorities if problems arise during work shift.
Manage, control, and reconcile daily revenue and expenditure at the outlet. Analyze basic revenue and cost data.
Prepare daily reports on shift status, outlet issues and related figures.
Manage and coordinate regular outlet activities:
Manage employees, assign work & schedule work for employees.
Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are fully stocked.
Coordinate with other departments (R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, Financial, Accounting) to implement outlet-related plans.
Participate in contributing, building and adjusting management systems and operating procedures to suit the actual situation.
Manage, organize and operate business activities according to the direction set by management levels.
Perform other tasks as required by Store manager or direct manager.
2. Requirements:
Basic requirements
Candidates with college degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management or related majors.
At least 02 years of experience in FnB industry and 6 months in team Leader position.
Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
Able to communicate well at work in Vietnamese and English.
Priority is given to candidates living in DA LAT.
3. Benefits
Fixed salary: negotiable
Service charge, tips, 13th month.
Sales bonus (KPI).
Other salary and bonus benefits as prescribed.
1 day off/week, as arranged with manager.
Working place: Truong Cong Dinh, Ward 1, Da Lat
Working hours: 16:00 to 01:00 (Flexible depending on work)
