- Job details:

Searching for and developing suppliers in Vietnam for industrial consumables (filters, soundproofing materials, cleanroom equipment, microfiber, etc.)
Proactively build a supplier list based on guidance from HQ (South Korea & Mexico).
Assess factory capabilities, conduct on-site surveys, and develop a domestic supplier network.
Negotiating prices, trade terms, and optimizing sourcing costs.
Coordinate specification checks, sample testing, and QC support.
Managing and implementing the export process for goods to South Korea and Mexico.
Monitoring and handling issues related to logistics and import/export documentation.

- Job requirements:

University graduate (preferably in the following majors: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. )
Have at least 3 years of experience in sourcing/purchasing/trading/logistics.
Having a background related to 3M or similar products/materials is a significant advantage.
Understanding of industrial materials (especially chemicals, filters, cleanrooms, and consumables).
Experienced in working directly with factories/suppliers in Vietnam.
Skills in sourcing, evaluating, and developing suppliers (strong sourcing mindset)
Strong negotiation and independent work skills.
Good spoken English (working with overseas headquarters)

Experienced in the following industries: Automotive components; Electronic supplies; Cleanroom materials/industrial consumables
Experience working with companies similar to 3M or related products is preferred.
Knowing Korean is an advantage.
