Manage the company's information and data systems from the CRM system (server and company customer management software...);
Manage and evaluate the operation of information and data systems, thereby providing directions for system optimization;
Make company related reports from system data;
Ensure data security and CRM system access;
Propose programming support solutions to help increase the work efficiency of departments. Support in researching and installing specialized software required by other departments;
Conduct training and coaching of staff on the use of the CRM system;
Contact suppliers in case the company needs to purchase system-related machinery and equipment;
Able to work overtime or weekends (not much, only in emergencies), and supervise Clinic repairs and maintenance;
Periodically report work to direct manager. Perform other assigned tasks;
