Job Description
1. System & data integration:
- Analyze business needs and design data integration flows between systems (POS, CRM, ERP, App...).
- Develop and maintain API connections (RESTful API, Webhook...).
- Set up and optimize ETL data flows for reporting and BI systems.
- Ensures integrity, security and performance during data transmission.
2. Internal software development :
- Participate in developing interface and functions for internal management software (web/app/mobile), according to requests from departments.
- Backend and frontend programming (depending on the platform) with languages like JavaScript (React, Vue, [protected info]), Python, or .NET.
- Participate in testing, debugging and improving software based on real-world feedback from operations.
- Coordinate with functional departments (operations, marketing, HR...) to optimize system usage experience and efficiency.
3. Documentation & Improvements:
- Write and maintain technical documentation and software manuals.
- Propose system improvements according to technology trends and business needs.
- Support building technical infrastructure to serve digital transformation in businesses.
Request
- Education: University degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in the position applied for : 3 years or more
- Language (required): use English or Chinese to communicate with foreignsenior managers (listening-speaking-reading-writing: fair level or higher).
Professional skills:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript (React/Vue), Python or .NET.
- Experience in developing and integrating APIs (RESTful API, JSON, Webhook...).
- Experience working with database management systems: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with data processing (ETL), using tools such as Airflow, Talend, or Azure Data Factory is preferred.
- Experience working with POS, CRM or Customer App systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI, logical thinking and good code organization skills.
Soft skills:
- Good teamwork and multi-departmental communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems proactively.
- Systemic thinking, careful, responsible in data security.
- Priority is given to candidates with long-term development orientation in the F&B industry or retail chain.
