Consulting on software applications such as customer information management applications (CRM, integration with other systems.
Present Demo of CRM solutions and software applications.
Collect information about customer processes to be able to provide effective solutions for operations. Optimize common processes as well as propose appropriate solutions.
Configure directly on CRM applications according to customer requirements
Coordinate with PM, Dev team and directly with customers during project implementation
Write related documents such as BRD, test cases, project implementation handover documents, ...
Perform other tasks as required by TBP
Graduated from University, majoring in Information Technology, Business Administration
Good at communication and presentation skills.
Experienced in consulting in the software field

Ability to work independently or in a team

Work under high pressure, be quick and receptive.
Working hours: 08:00-17:00 (from Monday to Friday)
