Main responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer engagement.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content strategy for each platform to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, eye-catching content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including images, videos, stories, reels and live streams.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual assets and multimedia content that align with the brand's message and values.
- Community Engagement: Grow and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with followers and influencers. Collaboration with Influencers:
- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the aquatic and pet industries to collaborate on creating sponsorship content, giveaways and partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage influencer deals and campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals and budgets.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
Provides periodic reporting and insights on social media performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong creative skills with the ability to create engaging content relevant to target audience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and good storytelling skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analysis tools and data-driven decisions.
