We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including reporting, tracking task progress, managing Billing and budget monitoring.
- Responsibility:
Campaign coordination:
- Assist in coordinating digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution of tasks and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members and provide information needed for campaign implementation.
Administration:
- Assist in tracking and maintaining marketing budgets, providing regular updates on spend and forecasts.
- Collaborate with finance team to initiate and track vendor payments; Ensure timely payment to suppliers, complying with payment terms and agreements.
- Create and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports.
- Effectively track progress of marketing tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Closely monitor marketing budgets and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Other tasks assigned directly by the manager.
- Qualification:
- Good organizational skills, good observation and attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of experience, proficient in excel, google sheets, digital marketing tools report, MS Office, Google Docs/Sheet, Data Analyst, Reporting Dashboard, Budget Control
- Understanding of marketing, digital tools, and social networks is a big plus
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
