Manage & Recommend optimization strategies: Search engine optimization for Company websites; Website content, increasing search engine friendliness; Product information, blog posts, videos, images and other content; User experience on websites, including optimizing page load speed and user-friendly website design.
Audit old content according to the company website's SEO standards to ensure all content meets SEO standards.
Manage websites within the company ecosystem: optimize on-page, off-page and make recommendations to improve the results of each page.
Manage and build backlink system, increase website credibility through links (backlinks) from reputable websites. Evaluate linking websites, create strategies to increase the number of links.
Handle backlink issues during the search and payment contract process, select appropriate keywords and links to push. Monitor the index status of backlinks on Google and Ahrefs.
Monitor and report keyword rankings, traffic, website backlinks... weekly and monthly to relevant departments using Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytic, Data studio... Research competitors' SEO situation and give opinions on optimizing SEO for websites in the Website ecosystem.
Know how to build satellite PBN to support the main site. (with plan and implementation)
Coordinate with IT department/customer to edit technical website related parts (especially Wordpress site).
Manage and operate User Traffic to push rankings (without violating Google policies).
Handle and fix index loss and keyword ranking drop when website has algorithm update problems or manual penalties.
Coordinate with the Content team to plan and check the SEO standard of articles deployed on the company's website ecosystem.
Keep an eye on new trends to ensure your company's search engine optimization strategy is always at its best.
Train and manage staff. Manage and monitor the activities of SEO specialists and content writers to ensure optimization goals are met
2. Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years of SEO implementation experience;
Always update the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, Google Updates & new SEO tools and best optimization methods;
Proficient in using SEO support tools such as: Ahrefs, Keywordtool, Woorank, SimilarWeb
Experience in successfully building infrastructure PBN ecosystems;
Experience working with a team or managing a team.
Have experience in web SEO and have successful projects thanks to SEO.
Experience in the field of health, medicine, functional foods, cosmetics is an advantage;
Having backlinks in the fields of health, medicine, functional foods, and cosmetics is an advantage;
Ability to withstand high pressure, willing to work overtime when late for deadlines
