Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy and detailed implementation plan for the company's website system.
Collaborate with the coding department to optimize the website structure and ensure technical SEO compliance.
Propose changes and improvements to the user experience and page load speed to enhance organic SEO effectiveness.
Research and build a target keyword set, monitor search trends and user behavior.
Collaborate with the Content team or coordinate a team of freelancers to produce SEO-optimized content for the website.
Develop and implement a safe, sustainable link building strategy that aligns with the direction of each project.
Track your budget, control monthly SEO expenses, and ensure a return on investment (ROI).
Analyze data and evaluate performance using advanced tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog...).
Prepare regular reports for the Marketing Manager, summarize KPIs, and propose continuous optimization strategies.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, with experience managing an SEO team.
Successfully achieved SEO results, getting multiple websites into the Top 5 rankings or meeting high KPIs for organic traffic.
I have participated in large-scale SEO projects and have experience working across various industries.
Applicants are requested to clearly state in their resume: projects completed, keywords that ranked highly, timeframe for SEO optimization, and SEO communities they participated in.
Thorough understanding of overall SEO, off-page SEO, entity SEO, technical SEO, and Google's latest algorithms.
Proficient in using SEO and online marketing tools.
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently or have previously worked as SEO managers at agencies or online media companies.
Salary: 15-20 million VND/month, depending on ability and work performance.
