Working in the Executive Team of AADASIA HOLIDAYS in Hanoi (5.5 days/week).
Check / select / update Supplier
Supplier Survey
Simple service quote
Book Tours, Events
Handling arising Tour, Event
WELFARE
Salary according to Interview and probation results, divided into 3 levels (Potential from 6.9 million / Suitable from 8.1 million / Motivator from 10.2 million)
Bonus under Back Office mode for self-exploiting tour (with Training)
Executive KPI Bonus.
Vacation 12 days/year (12 months), after 36 months working leave at least 15 days/year and other added benefits
Outing every year
Social insurance
Training and survey opportunities inside and outside the company
13th salary month
Salary review in March and September every year
REQUEST
3 years experience in Tourism
Good understanding of Suppliers (Hotels, Guides, Fleets)
Have a high sense of responsibility
Know how to find solutions
Know how to bargain
Fluent in English (not accepting English for communication)
