Job Details
PM and BrSE position
- Project management as PM of a project entrusted from Japan
- Communicate and answer questions for Japanese customers, make adjustments/reports in Japanese about project progress/problems encountered in the role of a project PM.
- As a PM, perform management tasks related to the progress, financial quality (profit and loss) of the project of the Vietnam development team. Manage and direct technical work.
- As a BrSE, create documents for the early stages of the project such as requirements definition, basic design, identify other issues encountered, and then work with the client to refine various types of specification and design documents.
Multi-project management: with personnel having extensive PM and BrSE experience, high IT capacity, consider appointing to the following positions:
- Project Manager
- Human resource manager responsible for various projects
- Understand the work status of PMs and members in projects, give instructions on project implementation methods, training activities, and monitor exchanges with customers.
Candidate requirements
Japanese technology, language and Japanese operations
- N1 or N2, fluent in Japanese
- Work experience in Japan for 2 years or more
- Experience in communicating with customers in the Brse position, experience in creating documents in the early stages of the project (such as defining requirements, basic design) and exchanging business with Japanese people for 3 years or more. (including online meetings from Vietnam)
- Experience in creating basic design documents yourself. Experience in creating reporting documents for customers.
PM Experience
- At least 4 years in a project management position (technical leader) of 5 people or more.
- Experience and knowledge of software development models such as Waterfall or Agile etc., able to lead young PMs.
- Experience and basics related to progress management, quality management in PM role
- PMP / CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP certification preferred
Technique
- At least 3 years of coding experience, at least 2 languages or more.
- Experience in database development. Ability to manipulate databases such as setting Schema, querying tables.
- Priority if have experience in NW development, cloud management, mobile development etc.
Communication skills/Problem solving skills
- Communicate with Japanese customers appropriately and skillfully.
- Ability to meet, deploy, report, and respond to questions and answers with Japanese customers
- Ability to Hourensou (report/contact/exchange) with Japanese.
- Ability to coordinate member management
- Priority if you have experience in Pre-sale or consulting
Interest
- Salary is negotiable, with the position corresponding to the job content, the salary will be from 70,000,000 VND (Gross) +
- Bonus: 2 times a year (75% of monthly salary)
- Project bonus: Every 3 months, evaluated based on project quality/profitability.
- Awards (monthly, quarterly, yearly): MVP (monthly, yearly): 1,000,000 VND 2,000,000 VND
- Additional 4 or 5 days off corresponding to Japanese holidays + 1 day off for company trip + 3 days paid summer vacation

Monday - Friday (07:50 to 16:50)
