Job Description

work content

Design & Development: Mainly high-end JAVA design and development.
The applications use JAVA and other related technologies. Ensure best Coding, testing, and deployment practices are used.
Project leader: Responsible for the project, milestones, timelines and work results. Work closely with project managers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Code quality and standards: Maintain high standards of code quality across development teams, adhere to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices.
Mentoring: Mentors teach young developers and provide guidance and support to improve their abilities.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Identify and fix errors in code and database queries.
Security: Implement and maintain strong security measures to protect your applications. Can be attacked from outside. It's important to stay up to date with the latest security threats and countermeasures.
Integration: Develop and integrate APIs for both internal and external services.
Ensure seamless data exchange between applications and other systems.
Testing: Leads the development and execution of comprehensive testing plans.
Perform unit, functional, and integration tests to ensure application reliability and stability.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of developed applications. This includes technical specifications, API documentation, and implementation guidance.
Continuous learning: Stay up to date with new trends and advancements in JAVA, continuously explore new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance your own development.

Job requirements

Proficient in JAVA programming language and have experience operating JAVA.
Business Japanese (negotiable)
Business English (negotiable)
Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and writing effective SQL queries.
Good understanding of version control systems.
Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, as a team, skills and qualifications.
Experience with other development languages is an advantage.
Contribute and actively participate in open source projects
Business trip to Japan if necessary (negotiable)
