Job Description
BiPlus is looking for Senior Java Developers who want to develop into Technical Lead, Software Design Architect (SA), Technical PM (Project Manager) or PO (Product Owner) in the future. You will start as a Senior Developer, through which you will be trained and coached thoroughly to build skills and confidence to participate in these roles with a clear roadmap.
Your 3-6 month career goals:
- Confidently communicate with customers, clarify requirements, develop solutions and advise customers
- Confidently lead Scrum teams to develop products effectively and with high customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in leading Scrum events, using data in governance.
- Confident in leadership ability in influencing, leading teams, effective feedback, conflict resolution, etc.
Participate in developing software systems, including:
- Analyze customer requirements and build solutions.
- Participate in development with the development team.
- Lead knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated in IT and other related majors.
- Main programming language Java: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Java (JDK 8 or higher), mastering OOP, design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Can be both Frontend or Fullstack Developer with FE stack being Angular
- Proficient with Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Experience designing or developing applications with Microservices architecture: using related technologies such as RESTful API, gRPC, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge and proficiency in relational database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB.
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in service deployment and management.
- DevOps and CI/CD: Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and source code management using Git.
- Teamwork Ability: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
- Fluent in English, confident in communicating with customers.
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork skills, always ready to support other members in the project.
- Withstand high pressure at work, have the ability to work independently, proactively solve problems to complete tasks.
