    Job details

    • Research, develop and deploy backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot according to microservices architecture, ensuring system performance, stability and scalability.
    • Maintain, optimize and upgrade existing systems to improve product quality and user experience.
    • Provide technical support to team members on complex functionalities; participate in code reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with technical standards and improve system quality.
    • Research, test and apply new technologies and modern architecture to key projects.

    Candidate requirements

    University graduate majoring in Information Technology, Mathematics or related fields.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience developing backend applications using Java, preferably Spring Boot.
    • Proficient in Java Core (Collections, Concurrency, Exception Handling, Stream API, Lambda); experienced in working with Spring Ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud.
    • Understand and apply well the principles of software design: SOLID, OOP, Design Patterns.
    • Experience in building and operating microservices architecture systems, using RESTful APIs, gRPC is an advantage.
    • Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
    • Proficient in management tools: Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins
    • Experience working with AWS platform (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS or equivalent).
    • Experience in deploying and monitoring systems on Kubernetes environment, using tools such as Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger
    • Priority is given to candidates with experience developing products for end users or working at startups.

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Understanding of SaaS application, multi-tenancy.
    • Have good background knowledge of software architecture.
    • Have worked directly with operations and product departments; able to advise on technical solutions.
    • Understanding of Domain Driven Design, Hexagonal Architecture.
    • Experience developing systems serving 10,000 or more active users.
