1. Participate in managing, monitoring and operating security systems (Endpoint Security, Firewall, WAF, Web Filtering, IPS, WAF, Email Gateway,...) to ensure availability for service applications At the same time, comply with standards/policies in system operation.
2. Participate in designing and implementing projects related to information security and IT projects.
3. Deploy THG security infrastructure optimization activities: control access to servers, internet, email, Group data,... according to IT policy.
4. Review and evaluate the system periodically to come up with optimal/upgrade plans to improve operational efficiency and optimize information security measures.
5. Manage and support security service requests from Group units.
6. Support departments to identify and handle errors related to security infrastructure.
7. Develop and update security system operating documents, configuration standards, and operating instructions.
8. Research and propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency of information security support solutions and services.
- Graduated from university majoring in information security or IT - Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Read and understand specialized English documents and communicate in basic English
- Age: 25-40
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and operating information security systems
- At least 02 years of experience working for large organizations, or organizations operating in the field of finance, banking, or companies providing information security solutions
- Experience in information security solutions and technology
- Experience in exploiting, using and optimizing information security systems/solutions
- Experience in implementing information security standards and policies
- Deep understanding of operational processes: change management, problem management, user support
- Understanding of foundation knowledge: network, operating system, database
- Understanding of IT risk management
- Priority is given to having CISSP, Cloud Security, ISO27k, CEH certificates,...
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills (Speaking and writing)
- Time management and teamwork skills
