Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
Get involved in recruitment projects in building and re-building recruitment practices in the organization.
Take other assignments by the Manager.
Candidate requirements
Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruitment.
Decent knowledge of the IT industry.
Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets.
Language: English is priority. If your English is not good, BMBSoft will help you to improve your skills
Good at MS office and computing skills
